Does America still run on Dunkin'?

During my summer 2019 internship at BBDO, I worked on Art Direction for clients such as Visa, FedEx, Exxon, The MLB, and more.

One of our biggest clients was Dunkin’. Dunkin’, which has always been an iconic American brand, was seeing declines when compared to other food and beverage brands, particularly Starbucks.

A new coffee-centric approach

My team and I created a multi-faceted campaign to help Dunkin’ increase foot-traffic and re-position itself as a beverage-focused brand, not a donuts-focused brand.

Not an easy task, especially for a brand known to most as “Dunkin’ Donuts”. But my team and I were up for the challenge.

Below are selected highlights from our project, including strategy, campaign direction, and creative executions.

My role was art direction, creative strategy, presentation structuring, deck design and layout, asset Design, and creation of all 3D assets.

But we can’t forget about the Donuts...

At the end of the day, we still love the donuts. In an agency-wide celebration of Dunkin’ as a client, interns submitted content for BBDO’s instagram story.

For my submission, I created this gif (from concept to animation) that playfully celebrates Dunkin's iconic Donuts.
