'My JiffyLube'

JiffyLube is a national car maintenance franchise that aims to make it easy for their customers to service their vehicles, whatever they might need. JiffyLube’s online service, “My JiffyLube”, makes this process easier, and they enlisted our team at AKQA to redesign, optimize, and maintain their website.

As part of this work, one thing I designed was an entirely new Careers page to help drive more prospective applicants towards applying for jobs at their local JiffyLube locations.

Additionally, I created new components, tweaked pages based on user behavior analytics, and designed new flows for other features throughout their website.

This includes various functions from adding services to an estimate, viewing available services, updating location preferences in a user’s profile, and more.

This work was done in collaboration with UX designers and analytics experts.
